Hi all my partner has been in Cyprus for the last 7 days and her Internet has worked fine.. she has woken up today and nothing works at all.. no Facebook no Internet and also WhatsApp does not connect.. she has spoken to customer services who have said there is nothing wrong with her account. We are stuck?? Can anyone help please?

Also worth mentioning that if O2 Travel is not active O2 will automatically cap your data usage in Europe to £43 (Inc VAT).

She said it just says searching for alternative network and nothing comes up?

You need to wait quite a few mins for it to find other networks.

OK possibly 02 travel may not be active then? Will get her details so I can login to her account

Tell her to switch the phone off,  remove the battery if it's not inbuilt into the phone for 5 minutes, clean the sim card and try it again.

It will look like this in the recent charges section or "things i've bought" if travel is active....

Yes it is active and customer services have confirmed this

Is there any wifi in the hotel she can use?

No mate no WiFi which I find it hard to understand.. she managed to change network to MTN but now her phone says no service
