I like every other O2 user am now aware that the mobile network to O2 is down, I first thought this was a problem with my phone but only realised it was a network problem when it was placed on the BBC news. What I find truly shocking is that there is no mention of this on the O2 homepage, there is also a problem with the contact us now button probably caused by the volume of people trying to get in contact. Why the hell is there no update from O2 on the website THIS IS SHOCKING!! One very unhappy customer
Does now but it was working for me 10mins ago. Yes its disappointing to have no service but at the same time there is nothing to say you could move elsewhere and not have the same happen. I've been with O2 for 10 years or so and today was probably the first time i've ever lost network connection for a lengthy period of time. I'll be quite happy if everyone leaves....more of the network for me!!
