I think your best option would be to contact CS http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I suspect that @Anonymous had a contract perhaps for 24 months and assumed it would stop at that point. I suspect the OP hasn't actually given the required notice and as such continues to be billed.

@Anonymous If this is correct you need to call o2 and give 30 days notice and you will continue to be billed until you do.

Alternatively you can request a PAC code if you wish to take your number to another provider.

If this is not correct please update the thread with more details so we can try to assist.
