Has anyone else been experiencing issues with loss of service to this premium service lately? The lady two months I have been paying for this service and I have encountered major issues. The app constantly closes down or throws me out.. The odd occasion that I manage to get to the music it cuts off within seconds!! It is extremely frustrating and I seem to have no luck trying to get support from o2 about this issue. Anyone got any ideas please???

My app updated today so check if you have the latest updates installed.
Deleting and reinstalling may also help.
I've not had any of the issues you have experienced but it does hang sometimes when updating.
Closing and reopening usually fixes that issue.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I've been using it for 3 months with none of the problems stated. I had the update this morning but haven't used it since.
