He'll have a different phone number - It's only affecting certain batches of numbers.

its annoying i agree with you.

what are paying for? if our services are going to be affected we should have the right to informed about it & also compensated for it. Otherwise its not fair as a paying customer.

I really do hope o2 Telecommunications Network take this issue on board & not let all the loyal customers down other people will start to lose trust with the companies services.
