My new iPhone 4S arrived yesterday. I went through all the motions as instructed. I can go online with my wifi, send email, etc. Where the icon re phone service should be, it displays 'no service'. Help, please. I'm not new to O2 or iPhone and never experienced problems with service or reception. Thank you.

I've had the same issue since I updated the phone to KitKat 4.4.4, it worked perfectly before then, my partners phone is exactly the same. Tried new sims etc. but still a problem. Finally managed to download TuGo so having to use that for now.
