mms/picture messaging hasn't worked for months.

i haven't been able to send an mms from my iphone 3gs for months. i have phoned o2 several times and they have emailed/text me the settings which i have downloaded/changed. they have manually talked me through typing in the settings several times also, i have tried rebooting the phone and still i cannot send. as far as i can see there is no problem with my settings and i'm totally puzzled and fed up with phoning o2 who give me the same answers over and over again.
can anyone help?

Re: mms/picture messaging hasn't worked for months.

i am grey circle, so 2g?
but if i'm in town i have 3g and still have the same problem.

i receive mms just fine and used to send fine too, just randomly stopped one day.
