I've had problems since yesterday afternoon and due to having limited service I've lost out on work and couldn't get hold of our out of hours care supervisor whilst looking after our country's elderly ppl , tried to ring my supervisor yesterday regarding a 98 YEAR old client , not happy at all and I lost out on work as my supervisor couldn't get hold of me !! 😖

I chose o2 over a number of other providers as I believed the service and network were better than others , very very disappointed , a message or email would have been appreciated to make ppl aware of what was going on so I could have tried to make alternative plans

A message would have been a little pointless If you couldn't receive it. It wasn't planned, it was a system breakdown.

When someone finds a network that will give a guaranteed service with 100% uptime, and will never, never, never, lose its connection, whatever the circumstances, please post your findings here so we can all switch.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

If it is vital to stay in touch by 'phone, have a landline or a second mobile with another provider, these things happen from time to time.
