iphone 5s and visual voicemail

I have all the settings correct

idata.o2.co.uk

vertigo

password

i have activated voicemail "1750"

but i cant get it to work on this 5s

it lets me click set up now.

i choose the default greeting

then it hangs at "setting up voicemail" 

any ideas?!

VVM will work over 2g just takes ages for it to arrive to the iphone look at my signature.

@MI5 vvm will only come through mobile data.
But to the op if you are on a normal pay monthly contract and have wifi at home try TUGO

its strange because i had a 4s last week and it worked fine on it, but just setting up from an upgrade and it wont work on the 5s.

i have wifi at home and sitting here trying to set it up but getting nowhere fast!

quick update,
got it working.
all i need to do was turn off 4g in the settings and it works fine
