iPhone blue and white stripes on screen

Hi

Switched on phone after charging it, no apple logo appeared just blue and white stripes on screen, have fully restarted, but still the same....any advice?

Hi.

Hold the Top Button and Home Button until the Apple Logo appears, and then let go of both. Your iPhone will reset.

Try hooking up to iTunes and restore.

If it won't recognise it use the DFU restore route.

If no joy make an appointment at your local Genius Bar at an apple store.
