Won't it turn down using the rocker switch ?

Adjust the settings on your Mac ref the continuity feature.

You aren't having much luck with the volume on this phone @Anonymous ? Didn't you have problems when wearing headphones (in that you could hear virtually nothing?)

I am no expert but it sounds as if you should be booking an appointment to get it looked at?

The headphones thing was my own fault but this one seems to be a weird phone fault maybe I'll just see how it goes before taking it back, really dont like resorting to replacing handsets, I have way too much on my phone and it takes a looooong time to sync 😞
