iPhone 6 keeps dropping service

Anonymous
Not applicable

I'm on IOS 8.0.2 and my iPhone 6 keeps losing service.  One minute it will be fine and the next minute it will show No Service, without me moving it or touching it.  I never had a problem with service on my iPhone 5 in the same places, so it does seem to be specific to this handset.

Anybody else having an issue like this?

Thank you for your insights DJC1690

To add balance I've had every iPhone from the iPhone 4 onwards ,and not had any major issues.

I'm in no way stating no one ever has.

Two other customers today have reported signal drops using their old sim cards. They have been advised to sim swap also. One of them has done so and is stable again. So, it seems that a sim swap is required even if coming from a previous iPhone with the same size sim card.

SIM swap seems to have worked for me Bouncy

Fingers crossed but no loss of signal for 2 days and that's a first!
