Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

It'll be the usual mush mash of mayhem and disappointment 😞

I buy mine from Apple direct.

Not at all, there is every chance there will be. It's just that in the past pre-ordering has been a farce with people still waiting weeks for delivery.

There may be the opportunity to pre order but from past experience it doesn't mean you will get a phone on launch day or any quicker than any other method.
iPhone launches are always over subscribed and under supplied - It's one of Apple's little tricks to hype them up a bit more....
