Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

The cynic in me thinks that as O2 introduced the loyalty payment prior to the phone being released they may have known that massive delays would be expected (over and above "normal" iphone launches) and saw it as a way to keep hold of people who will experience such delays. Not saying this is the case but just a thought

It's never been offered before to my knowledge or an any other device since.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I ordered the 64gb space grey 6 on 24th sep as an upgrade and when it was showing up to 14 days delivery. My husband ordered the same but 6 plus. He has had his phone a week now and I'm STILL waiting. Keep checking the apple website to check availabilty too and most of the time it just says come back later but never any stock for the space grey. May get it in time for christmas Smiley Frustrated

I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks, it's coming up to 5 weeks now. I've been really patient, only called CS a few times. Ive not moaned or nagged, but now it's starting to really annoy me. And this loyalty money back thing is ridiculous! My monthly airtime is £28. Which as some sort of compensation for having to wait for so long without any real information as to when the phone will be delivered just isn't enough! For them to offer money back on your airtime but only up to 42 days is a joke when you compare it to this long uninformed disaster of a waiting game!
