Just a quick question regarding the iPhone 6. Will customers due an upgrade for their phone be given priority over pre-orders of the iphone 6?

Yeah I'v etried both. I'm actually out of contract now technically anyway as it ended on the 21st of sept so surely I should be able to just walkk away or cancel my drirect debit??

Like everyone else I'm just sick of the lies and lack of communication.

@Anonymous Yep, still waiting on a normal 6 space grey 128gb. The latest this morning is that it is out for delivery in a maximum of 24 hours and that it is reserved in the warehouse for me. Sounds all too familiar to me!

I haven't even got as far as you. Waiting for the 6 64gb in space grey. Heard nothing other than a confirmation text as soon as I upgraded. Haven't got a clue when mine is due.

Same for me (regular 6, space grey, 64GB). I last contacted O2 yesterday and was told that I'd definitely have it this week. Sure...

Some kind of success. Been told just to order from CPW and then should this order turn up just refuse delivery and it will be sent back. I will then be rufunded my contract closed and I can then transfer my old number to new phone.

Finally some at CS who is helpful and speaks sense

This is only from LC. I'm taking it with a pinch of salt! I've had no official contact apart from the confirmation email, the Amazon fire text and then an apology for the wrong text.

Did you? I didn't see that. There's still a doubt in my head. God knows why. Are you doing it?

I just thought I'd pop over to other network forums - there's a very familiar situation going on at EE - confusing statuses, people giving up and ordering with CPW etc.
