For some strange reason every time I try to connect my IPhone 5 to my parents internet (Virgin) the fault with the Internet light starts flashing and won't conect my iPhone to the wifi.
Ive had no problems with previous iPhones or connecting my IPhone 5 to my home Internet (sky) any ideas and suggestions will be appreciated

Put that address into your browser should bring up your wifi routers settings. The username and password are probally on a sticker on the actual router itself.
You'll be able to find out security settings in here my friend.

Depending on how the set up is the one above might work instead.
If you can't find a password try the standard one
Username: admin password: password

Virgin typically uses 192.168.0.1.
Username and Password should be reset from the default however lets assume these are Admin and Password. However as said, these should be on a sticker or printed metal plate.
WEP is the least secure system you can use, I would recommend that this is changed to WPA-PSK (AES).

I shall look at all your options now and hopefully I can sort it
