when I send a text to a family member it can't be delivered but I can receive text from this number all other numbers work fine any help will be greatly received !

Get them to check their blocked number list.
Sounds like they've added your number.

If you can call them ok it's just their message auto reject numbers they need to check. If you can't call they need to check both message and call settings.

Make sure they check both call and message apps as they both have a blocking function on some phones.

Also if its another iphone your sending to. Make sure they have imessage turned on
