iPhone 4 unlock after upgrade.

Hi, I've upgraded from an iPhone 4 and transferred my number onto a nano-sim for a 5, will I still be able to get the 4 unlocked? I have tried to submit the request, but it came back twice telling me that the information did not pass the security check... I assume this might be because the phone number used is now linked to my new IMEI number?

Any ideas?

No need to sim swap. Just use an adapter as it should only take 24 hours but do need to enter correct details tho.

It's because you have not provided the correct password or tariff details.

It should still be able to be unlocked using the previous phone number as that should still be associated with the IMEI number of the iphone 4. Are you sure all the other details are correct?
