iPad cellular issue

Anonymous

I am paying for cellular data on my iPad, however it seems to have stopped working. Shows connected to O2 and signal strength, however no 3G, 4G, gprs or even E. I have checked APN settings and even reset them and done several soft resets but nothing works. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Have you got data turned on in settings?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

No, I don't think so, my iPhone (also on O2) is fine, also it is not just in my area 😔
