I woke up this morning to find my phone not working and in the top left corner it says searching can somebody please tell me what this means???

Your phone can have a diagnostic run on it via an Apple Genius Bar - if you have one local - via an appointment which can be made here -> http://www.apple.com/uk/retail/geniusbar/
