can't get 4g working on iphone 6

Anonymous

My iphone 6 will only pick up 3g. Have checked coverage and should have excellent 4g coverage here (manchester).

When trying to do the 4g upgrade through the o2 website it says I'm not on a 4g tarriff. In my o2, my old contract seems to still be showng rather than the upgraded contract I took out through carphone warehouse when upgrading to the iphone 6.

I'm positive I selected a £48 tarriff when I upgraded with the pre order on the 12th, with 2gb of data per month. Any advice on what seems have gone wrong here?

@Anonymous

I would contact CS on 202.  It looks as though your tarrif hasn't been updated.

Definitely contact customer service either via 202 or you could try webchat.

CPW can be slow at sending through tariff updates and changes - They have been known to forget completely about them in the past wink
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Hi

I assume you have one of the newer 4G SIM cards - it will say 4G on it.

And 4G is toggled on in the phones settings.
