Is it calls, data or texts that you want to limit?

Depending on your handset, there are various apps you can download which help you monitor usage. I used one called My Data Manager and it warned me when i'm near my data limit turn data off when i hit my limit.

Other handsets have a built in data manager and once set up, are a reliable tool to help monitor data usage.

O2 don't do actual capped contracts so the direct answer is NO.
However, there are tools to help you monitor usage as indicated.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Are you Payg or contract ?

If on contract your data usage for example will just stop unless you add a bolt on.

If on Payg it would be £1 per day called web daily unless you turn off mobile data or again add a bolt on.

Mel, that used to be the case but O2 changed their policy - It now stops completely.

However, calls and texts will continue quite happily and if the user is not monitoring them a large bill could be racked up.

If you're looking for a capped contract and still want to stay on the O2 network, take a look at Tesco Mobile.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
