Hello, I added a Cellular Apple Watch to my account last night. I got the message saying the data plan was activated etc but when I try to set it up it keeps saying to contact 202 and quote error code 14! I have done this and I’m being sent in circle...

I recently upgraded my existing phone and received a new Iphone 12 Pro max from O2, however subsequently decided to sell the phone and keep the one I already have. Turns out the new phone IMEI is blacklisted is it possible to un-black list the phone?

Has any else ordered the iPhone 14 pro max for click and collect? I ordered mine on the 10th of September, I have a green tick next to ‘order confirmed’ but nothing else

Pre ordered the new iPhone 14 Pro. Bought the charger and wire as an extra not realising you get a wire included already. Am I able to refund the wire? If so how do I go about doing it? Or can I cancel the accessory order before delivery due on Frida...
