anyone ever had bother with their phone not recording sound? i can still make phone calls etc and hear people but i go to take an actual video no sound is picked up on it

Service has just gone. Bill is paid and sim is clean and in ok.
Long term TuGo user. WiFi calling not now supported on IPhone 5s. Are there plans to extend service to include this handset? If not what is best alternative? Thanks
