I've had my contract under my mums name as I was underage when we first got it. Now I want to change from her name to mine - how is this possible?

Appreciate it. So if I cancel and set a whole new one contract in my name and transfer number I should be ok?

I've not seen anything official that a change cannot be done this way. We are all customers here so I'd suggest ringing O2 to ask.

Or cancel and start again in your own name.

I will let you know for once and for all. If I return the phone will I get my network coverage back on my existing phone? It's currently stopped since I placed my order. Annoying. So if I return It I think the new contract will continue? Or will it go back to my old contract?

Hi

Your service has stopped !

Ring Cs or get to the store ASAP.

If the tariff you were on is no longer available then no you won't be able to revert.

It will revert back to your old tariff. It's normal that your old sim switches off as the transfer to the new sim commences.
