Where is my iPhone 6+ SG 128GB????

I payed off my old iphone 5 on Refresh and ordered the new iPhone 6+ SG 128gb on the 30th September.  I was told up to 14 days for delivery.  14 days has now passed and still no update on when I'm getting it, CS have no idea at all.  This is ridiculous how a company as big as O2 can not tell me when they will be receiving stock and when I will be getting my phone.  CS are a waste of time as they can't tell me anything.  Come on O2 get your act together!!!!

I did on Thursday, but that is apparently a 5 working day turnaround for a reply.  Nothing as yet.  Not impressed with the service and I've been with O2 for many many years without a hitch.

It's a joke, I paid off my iPhone 5 and ordered iphone 6 64gb space grey on 17th September and still not heard anything! Last Tuesday I had a text saying sorry for the delay we will update you in 7 days if still not been despatched! I just checked on my account and it still says in progress! Can't get through on live chat and just get fobbed off when I ring customer service. It's getting past a joke now.

Two weeks ago I got through to live chat at 10.45pm. Spoke to someone who said I was priority as I have 3 accounts. Said I should receive phone within next few days! Just plain lies to fob you off!

I think the majority of people are saying Live Chat is not the best option. A great deal of misinformation being given out ...as we have seen on the other iPhone thread...

This is the problem now - It's going to be a repeat of the other thread......
