I have purchased extra data 16gb and am not able to use it away from internet why?

ps. 4g won't work on an iPhone 5 unless you are in an 1800mhz area so switch to 3g (4g off) in your settings too.

You need to check in My O2 that you have the idata bolt on. Incidently, on O2 you won't get 4G with an iphone 5.
