Unlock iphone form?

where do you find the o2 iphone unlock form?

i clicked on a link from the help page but doesnt work, takes me to another help page

i just upgraded to iphone 6 (contract) and want to unlock my iphone 5 so i can sell it

any help appreciated

It's being looked into by O2 as we speak.

The problem has been flagged to the Community Coordinator, who has greater access to report problems to the powers that be than we do, as we are all customers here. Hopefully it will get sorted now.

thanks everyone for the help, just tried the link again and working fine now, got the form filled out for my old iphone so hopfully it will be unlocked soon

Sorry if this is in the wrong section but sort of related. I need to get my pay monthly iphone 5 unlocked. 1, am I right in saying it is free via O2, and 2 my new iPhone will be here in 3/4 days, im giving my iPhone 5 to my mum on a different network. If I get it unlocked before getting the new one will it cause issues whilst I still use it ? Thanks in advance

Yes it's free for contract customers. Link in my signature for the form.

It won't cause any issues as the unlock is actioned against the IMEI number of the phone you are unlocking.
