Hello everybody! I live in Italy and I bought an iPhone 4 on eBay. The phone is loked to O2 UK so I can't use it from others operators. I topped up 15£ and I completed the form to unlock iPhone, but I received this message:
Thank you for your iPhone unlatching request.
I'm sorry, we have not been able to unlatch your iPhone at this time.
The reason given is: The Mobile Number provided is not currently
registered to the IMEI provided
O2 Customer Service
If I sign in the O2 site the telephone number is correct!
What I have to do to unlock this phone??
Thank you very much my friends!!

I bought the phone 10 months ago....
At the moment works on O2 Sim.

Do you think it works?
