Unable to make calls on I phone 5

Anonymous
Not applicable
I have had my phone since last feb and had no problems. However last week I was midway through a call and got cut off. Since then, I have been unable to make or receive calls.

I have tried turning off and on. I've cleared the data and cookies too but still has not fixed problem.

All other functionality is working as it should !

This May sound cheeky but do you have minutes left in your allowances and is the bill paid if on contract.

That's strange if data and texts are still working OK?
If not it could be your sim card that has failed so you would need to get a replacement.
Easy to do in store or order through CS and complete the sim swap online.

SIm swap form if required http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

Certainly is a conundrum.

One final option would be an Apple Genius Bar Appointment.

Or try your SIM card in an alternative phone as a process of elimination.
