Personally I could care less,  we responded as per usual....how many times does someone actually come back with a solution or thanks?10%? Most solutions are handed out,  correctly or incorrectly by admin. ...There, I've got that of my chest! 

ps....no offence to our diligent admin but read threads first and understand what's been posted before any o2 staff member gets involved
