I got a new phone a couple of days ago and my internet doesn't work outside the house... What do I do?

Text ACTIVE to 2020 and save the settings sent via text. Then switch off the phone and switch back on and you should be good to go.

Settings here, just follow the steps if above doesn't work.

Connecting iPhone to Data Services

You need also to check you have idata as a bolt on in My O2 as settings will be different. Exp[lained in link.

Also make sure you have mobile data turned on in settings.
