TU Go

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, I am very confused about charges using the TU Go app, when connected to wifi.
I thought the charges came out of your allowance wherever you were in the world (as long as you have wifi) but have just had a hefty bill.
I was given my info from an O2 shop.
Can anyone tell me for sure the costs of making and receiving calls using this app?
Many thanks

No...I use TuGo when abroad over Wifi. I have unlimited calls and texts so get charged 'nothing'....

You need to make sure its turned on and only make/receive calls and texts via Tugo

You also have to use the app to make the calls from, not just install it on your phone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
