Sounding out a new idea (I think) - "O2 delay"

Anonymous

Just a thought for those of us who text friends/loved ones late at night - you want them to know you've replied, and in as good a time as possible - but you don't necessarily want to wake them up to do so. Would O2 be able to provide a delay on the alert of a text message - eg, start your message with *delay 7am* and the message is delivered but with minimal flashing/beeping until 7am? Or would this be something Apple would have to do… Or a combo of the two?

What do you think, could this take off?

One of the benefits of a customer forum. Things you know about but others don't and vice-versa slight_smile

As it should be...for us all.  You know my passion for learning new stuff. I may not always apply what I have learnt...but it doesn't stop my enjoyment wink

It's a fact though for most people, we don't know or use every feature or capability of a modern smart phone.

It's most likely not possible for one single person to know absolutely everything about every single phone out there.
There's just so many variations and individual manufacturers add ons to keep up with....

That's so true, I don't have need to use most of my phone's features in all honesty.
