Hi, it ha now been 24 hours since I had a sim put in (my previous sim and phone got stolen), and it still hasn't activated. What should I do?

Hi @Anonymous  Probably if you had both sim and phone stolen there would be a bar on your account. You will need to contact customer services to ask for it to be lifted http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

Call customer services. ...Your account has probably still got the bar on it when you reported it lost.
