hi all I have just used O2 refresh to get an upgrade. I chose an iPhone 6 plus but cannot for the life of me get used to it, I got it last Tuesday 14th October. The phone is still in tip top condition. Can I exchange it ????? Really regret changing from andoid note 3 😞

You can only exchange once.

So please have a play with the high street demo model before committing.
