Refresh contract

Anonymous

Hi
I just visited an O2 store and waited around for ages to be told the answer to my question "err don't know ring customer services" being disabled and unable to stand for more than a few minutes is not pleasant either.
Anyway the question I'm asking is I upgraded to a refresh co tract for the iPhone 6.
I want to pay some of the money owing off towards the handset coat to reduce it down by around 50% then hopefully in a few months time pay it off completely. The assistant at the store obviously didn't know so in hoping someone may have done this and weather it's possible to pay off some of the cost or does it have to be the full amount.
Thanking you in advance for any replies
Ash

Yes, you can make payments towards the device plan either in full or part.
It can now be done through your My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
or by calling CS on 202 from your phone.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

Hi

Not a good experience at the shop indeed.

Hopefully you can now pay some off your handset plan.
