Preparing for dispatch, yippie

Guys, my iPhone 6 Plus 64GB White/Silver is preparing for dispatch, just been on the phone to them and I will be recieving it on Friday. slight_smile

Lol. I can't blame you.

I'm just going to busy my time with iOS 8 , Yosemite and watching the YouTube reviews and playing with the demo models in the apple store.

I preordered at around 4pm for a space grey 128gb 6 plus. On my O2 it says in progress. Now I don't expect it on launch day but I go on holiday on 15th November and now I'm panicking that I won't get it before then and will be dispatched when I am away. Once Friday has been and gone will there be a way of seeing when it will be dispatched?

You will be able to speak to customer services on 202 to enquire and check in your Myo2.

Let's hope you get it before you go away.

You will be emailed when your order is dispatched with a tracking number.

I am switching to o2 and myo2 is blank and has no orders to view (I'm guessing as the account hasn't been set up yet), just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything

Ah I see.


On a new account sometimes it takes around 24 hours for things to settle with the My02. If it continues then Customer Service on 202 should be able to help
