O2 Refresh - 30GB Auto upgrade programme for iphone

Anonymous
Not applicable

So the new iphone is approaching and forcasr for maybe 16th September.

Last year I signed up to the Refresh 30Gb tarrif that entitles me to an upgrade to the new model after a year. The year will be up on 26th Spetember.

Does anyone know how O2 will handle this ?

If we have to wait until that date will a phone have been put aside for me on that date ?

or, will they let us have the new model on 16th September

or will they have run out by 26th due to low launch inventory and I have to wait an unknown amount of time ?

Anyone got any ideas ?

Actually @DinoF many of us were surprised at the lack of panic on the forum at last years iPhone launch.

We were all prepared with a fact sheet to answer every question that may have been asked. Rarely used it.

However the year before last (2014)..was manic on here.....Fear

Last year was a bit of an anti climax - I guess a lot of people are getting bored of Apple now.....

Every iPhone launch is handled like an early Christmas pantomime by O2. Silly season...

There won't be any new questions or any new answers to be given - Just change the dates on the same threads to 2016......

There will be new questions this year. One has been asked already....

What was that then? Was it 'should I get an iPhone or change to Samsung?'....
