1. I am eligible for the O2 Open Deal where I will get £75 cashback for taking out the contract.
2. However, I am also able to get a Friends and Family 30% discount off my contract (ongoing).
My questions are:
Can I sign up instore and get £75 cashback.... then get the 30% discount applied as well?
Or do I need to choose one or the other? (30% discount would be obvious choice)
Or should I wing it and see what happens? (ie - get the £75 and put in for the discount and see what happens??!)
(and if they can't offer the 30% discount because I've been given £75 cashback - let them have the 30% cashback back?)

I know what the current O2 Open offer is:
Here is what it says on my company intranet:
The Deal – for contracts taken out on or after 01 December 2009
This O2 Open deal is a direct replacement of the previous deal offering 30% off monthly tariffs.
O2 Open will give you:
A cash reward for every phone contract taken. The levels of credit are:
£75 for a handset tariff over £20 per month
£50 for a handset tariff £20 or under and Simplicity 12 months
£10 for 30 day Simplicity
50% off a Pay & Go dongle on the day of the O2 Open purchase
O2 Open offer is available with any Pay Monthly handset including Blackberry, the Palm Pre and the highly demanded iPhone 3GS.
My question is...I want to take out a new contract with the O2 Open offer and get £75 back...then set up my account with the Friends and Family 30% off (different to the old O2 Open Scheme you mention).... and I want to know if I can do this?!
