If you've upgraded and moved to a new Nano sim then follow this link http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk as this moves your number and tariff from your other SIM card to the new nano one.

Takes from a few minutes to approx 24 hours to settle.

Hi and welcome, is it a contract upgrade or a PAYG phone.
Did you purchase from O2?
Have you got a new sim card or using your old one.... etc?
Any more info you can give us to help at all....?
