No service on the isle of wight either not since around 3 o'clock . The annoying thing is no one seems to know a timescale of when it will get sorted . I'm showing a full signal but still doesn't work .
I have no service! It has been like this since lunchtime.. I'm paying for a contact that I can't even use, it's wasting my money. Please sort it out soon and if it may take a while please provide a refund or extra credit?
NO SERVICE since 11am this is realy bad i have missed several important calls and prob around £2000 worth of contracts thanks to this screw up sort it out O2 let your customers know whats happening i have 27 staff all on O2 and we are all suffering
this is what i find bloody annoying.. we have to find out whats going on from a **bleep** news paper.! O2 should be emailing customers to update them on the current issues! disgusting service.
