I've removed sim but still searching for 02 so can't call, send or receive texts or use Internet can anyone help please?

What phone are you talking about @Anonymous...and are you using a laptop to post here?

You need to activate the sim if not done already, or else phone or sim is faulty.
Is it a new phone/sim/contract ?
