No Visual Voicemail since getting iPhone 6 Plus.

Previous to me getting my 6 Plus I had VVM.

I’ve tried dialling 1750 to turn on voicemail but all I hear is 3 beeps and no recorded announcement. The same happens when I dial 1760.

I’ve tried reseting network settings, but that made no difference.

I was wondering if anyone else is having issue with VVM since getting the iPhone 6, or could suggest something else to try to get VVM working.

Thanks in advance slight_smile

One of the posts in the links refers to hearing 3 beeps instead of the recorded message when dialling 1750, 1760 as live voicemail issue and advises to call 202.

I’ll give them a call tomorrow and update with how I get on.

Every now and then I have to call to get the VM reset on one of my accounts. It does seem a bit unstable most of the time.....
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:

Thanks Haylz for the help.

I'm going to call 202 a bit later and hopefully that will solve my issue.

I definitely had VVM with my iPhone 5s. Weird thing is, I haven't changed my sim card, just got a new iPhone, but getting a new iPhone must be the cause I would think.

Just got off the phone from 202.

The first adviser was unable to help so she transfered me over to one of the Guru's.

He said that it looked like VVM or VM wasnt provisioned on my account, so he done something and called me back on another telephone number while he tried leaving a VM. After this the VM came through on VVM.

Despite this I still hear the 3 beeps when I call 1750 or 1760, perhaps these numbers have changed recently?

Many people with iphones have found they need to use 175002 and 176002 to activate and deactivate voicemail.

I'm just a bit confused now...Weird Do you want to use visual voice mail or the normal 901 voice mail?

Your a star jonsie. Using those numbers now allows me to turn on/off voicemail if I so wish, whereas before the 1750, 1760 numbers didnt work.

Thanks again for the help slight_smile
