No Visual Voicemail since getting iPhone 6 Plus.

Previous to me getting my 6 Plus I had VVM.

I’ve tried dialling 1750 to turn on voicemail but all I hear is 3 beeps and no recorded announcement. The same happens when I dial 1760.

I’ve tried reseting network settings, but that made no difference.

I was wondering if anyone else is having issue with VVM since getting the iPhone 6, or could suggest something else to try to get VVM working.

Thanks in advance slight_smile

Is your VM kicking in at all when you receive an incoming call?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I'll call 202 up tomorrow if I still have the issue. Thanks for the help.

My voicemail kicks in after 10 rings. I've just got my other half to ring my phone to see.

I thought you meant the link to the Apple site. I'll look at the two links to the community forums. Thanks again.
