No Sim

Anonymous
Not applicable
Hi, can someone please advise on my next steps, I have had my IPhone 5 16gb for about 9 months and for the past week I have been getting the No Sim message popping up. At first I switched on and off, everything was fine, it started happening more frequently so I followed all the steps online re removing sim, cleaning, checking updates, etc, etc... Who do I now ask for help would it be 02 or Apple ?

Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for your feedback.

ps. I've asked for your post to be moved to the Nokia section as it will help more Nokia owners over there slight_smile
