No Service

I've recently upgraded to iphone 6 from 4s previously i got signal in my house now since iv upgraded i havent had one bar of signal, Really **bleep**ing annoying its just constantly saying no service? anyone know what the problem is iv updated IOS and done Airplane mode on/off etc tried everything still not working what a *bleep* take.
