Hey. Turns out it was blocked, was reported stolen by the network a month after I bought it in store. Grainger games were great though an have give me a like for like A1 condition replacement. Hopefully this one isn't stolen!?

Check airplane mode has not been turned on accidentally.

Check your full postcode in the service checker too.

Have you checked the service status @ http://status.o2.co.uk/ ?

If that's showing ok check your account status with customer service.

Definitely not flight mode. I used to work in car phone warehouse so I know my way around an iphone. Have checked service status and should be fine. Phone is on payg 4G. Been working fine on 4g for about a month.

Have you checked with cs ?

Worth a go with airplane mode.

I know you said you have tried some resets.

Have you tried.

Settings - general - reset - reset network settings ?

I assume you know one of the last resorts after troubleshooting is visiting apple at store level.

Yeah I have tried all resets. Including the one above. I bought the phone outright from grainger games a month a go but it is a1 and still had stickers etc. worked perfect till today. I noticed my net signal dropped today to GPRS earlier before it went completely. I can go back to store where I bought it but I am convinced it's the network. I can visit apple aswell of course.

Try your sim in another phone to prove which is faulty.
