Haven't had No Service since about 4pm today!!!!!!!! Live in West Sussex!!!!! Annoyed!!!!! And after reading some posts... I am obviously not the only one?!!!! But strange thing is my husbands phone is fine... Same phone,on O2 also....?????!!!!!!

I have an iPhone 4s - and have had no service in West London since 2.00pm - can't believe that!!! I was with a work colleague also on O2 - but her iPhone was okay. Seems to be something random. Very annoyed!!!

Same problem, noticed it about 3pm. My other phone is fine, also on O2. Can't get hold of Customer Services either... Hemel Hempstead area.

Nothing in Exeter or Plymouth since before 4pm. Checked status online using postcode and according to that, Plymouth has a normal service! O2 customer service are uncontactable!!! There is only one announcement I can find and that says problems in Croyden only. Complete joke!
