Ah if that's the case then the guide written by @MI5 will need updating. I have tagged him and when he comes online he can confirm @Chattymuch

As a customer i wouldnt have looked further into the thread as i would assume the main info is that that is the first thing that would be there - being a customer myself i did exactly that

I work for O2 but my comments and opinions posted here are solely my own and do not reflect those of Telefonica"

I'm not saying its not, all I'm saying is I did the same as some customers would do and just read the information that was the first bit, i wouldnt think, is this could be wrong i best scroll down to the rest, i would assume that was the right stuff i needed then carry on off to the o2 open site

And I know this is one guide that would be changed/updated before it went into the Knowledge Base. As said all the info is there. @MI5 will make those changes when he has time. No one need get aggravated about it at all...

Indeed it does. In fact when live chat is 'down'...we have another link we provide to enable people to get in touch online http://www.o2.co.uk/mobile/chatnow

Definitely not the case at all. I usually just link to the guides myself and/or the wbsite. As an O2 employee I'm sure you are up to date with any relevant new information or changes.
